Springdale RCMP investigates arson to boat

RCMP in Springdale is investigating a suspected arson to a boat that was dry docked on Bayview Road in Springdale on June 2.

The blaze destroyed the vessel and RCMP says that a number of unknown youth were observed leaving the area at the time of the blaze.

Anyone with information about the incident or the identity of the youth seen in the area at the time of the fire is asked to contact Springdale RCMP at 709-673-3864 or contact Crime Stoppers by calling 1-800-222-TIPS.
