SJRFD Responds to kitchen incident on Franklin Avenue

Early Saturday morning firefighters with the St. John's Regional Fire Department responded to a report of a residential structure fire on Franklin Avenue in St. John's.

When fire crews arrived and did a further investigation they found a minor fire within the kitchen. Crews quickly extinguished the fire.

There were no reported injuries.
