Shots Fired at Residence in St. Georges, Man Arrested

RCMP arrested 34-year-old Todd Barry, who allegedly fired a shot at a residence in St. Georges on Sunday. It is alleged that Barry also pointed a firearm at individuals in the community.
The accused now faces several charges.
Police recovered the firearm on Monday.
Barry is charged with a total of 33 criminal charges in relation to this incident. Some of those charges include:
Discharging a firearm at a residence
Careless use of a firearm (multiple counts)
Pointing a firearm (multiple counts)
Possession of a firearm while prohibited (multiple counts)
Flight from police
Impaired driving
Prohibited driving
Dangerous driving
Assault on police
Uttering threats
On Sunday night residents were advised to stay inside their homes while police searched for Barry.
