Shelter in Place issued for Hatcher Street and Surrounding areas

The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary (RNC) has issued a shelter-in-place for all residents of Hatcher Street, and the section of University Avenue between Hatcher and Paton Street in St. John’s.

Residents are asked to remain indoors, with windows and doors closed and locked.
