Shelter in Place lifted for Cochrane Pond Park area

UPDATE: The shelter in place has since been lifted.

The RNC has issued a shelter in place for anyone in the area of Cochrane Pond Park and the surrounding area due to an ongoing police operation.

Police are asking people to please stay away from the area.
