Adalyn Skinner located and is safe

UPDATE: Adalyn Skinner has been found and is safe.
The RCMP, along with seven Ground Search and Rescue organizations, provincial Fire and Emergency Services, local fire departments and EMS and the Joint Rescue Coordination Centre, are continuing their search for Adalyn Skinner. The Coast Guard is also conducting a search of the shoreline.
The eight-year-old was last seen yesterday afternoon at 3:45 p.m. entering a wooded area on Random Island.
Police are asking all residents in the area to search their properties and vehicles, as well as any available video surveillance or trail cam footage, beginning at 2:00 p.m. Friday, May 30. If you see Adalyn or have video footage, please contact Clarenville RCMP immediately at 709-466-3211.
Traffic on Random Island is currently limited to local traffic and essential personnel only to facilitate the coordinated search efforts.
