RNC Warning Public of Potential Fentanyl in Corner Brook

The Corner Brook Division of the RNC are warning the public of the potential presence of fentanyl in the region.

On Tuesday evening officers received information regarding the purchase of illicit drugs in the community.

Police determined that there is a potential presence of fentanyl among the illicit substance being trafficked. Further to this, the officers believe the illicit substances are being accessed by youth.

Even a small amount of fentanyl can be fatal.
