This is Canada Road Safety Week and the RNC is targeting motorists who choose to engage in high-risk driving.
The weeklong campaign aims to make Canada’s roads the safest in the world by focusing on behaviours that put road users most at risk, including impaired driving, distracted driving, aggressive driving and driving without a seatbelt.
The RNC will be engaged in various enforcement activities this week. The RNC launched the campaign in the town of Conception Bay South on Tuesday where Mayor Darrin Bent joined Constable James Cadigan to promote safe driving practices.
