RNC searching for missing teen in St. John's

Police in the metro area are searching for a missing 14-year-old, Sophia White.

White was last seen in the area of Kenmount Road in St. John’s sometime on February 12.

She is described as being 5 foot, 4 inches, 135 lbs, with light brown hair and blue eyes. When last seen, Sophia was wearing black pants, a black hoodie and a grey jacket.

The RNC Major Crime Unit is continuing the search and is seeking the assistance of the general public. Anyone who has any information pertaining to the whereabouts of Sophia White is asked to contact the RNC at 729-8000 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
