RNC Searching for Missing Person Jacob Heffernan

The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary is searching for missing person, Jacob Heffernan of St. John’s.

The 19-year-old was last seen on Wednesday afternoon June 5 in the area of Suvla Street. Heffernan is 5’4” tall, 130 lbs, with brown hair and brown eyes.
