RNC searching for missing person in St. John's

The RNC is seeking the assistance of the general public in locating missing person, Amanda Forbes of St. John’s.  

Forbes was last seen in the downtown area wearing a black sweater with grey jogging pants. Forbes is described as being 5’10” with short, brown curly hair and brown eyes.
