RNC searching for missing person in St. John's

The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary is searching for missing person, Louis Power of St. John’s.

Power was last seen on November 27th, 2023 in the area of Empire Avenue.

He is described as being about 6’2”, 230 pounds, and has blue eyes and grey hair.
