RNC searching for missing man in Torbay

The RNC is asking for the publics help in locating a missing person.

Fifty-eight-year-old Jim Chafe was reported missing to the police after last being seen at his residence by a family member in Torbay on Monday morning.

Chafe is described as being 5’3”, 200 lbs, blue eyes, short brown hair, and is believed to be wearing a grey-coloured salt and pepper style hat, glasses, orange jacket, and blue jeans. Also believed to be driving a 2014 White Chevrolet TRAX SUV with license plate HZO-017.

The RNC has concerns for his safety and wellbeing.
