RNC responds to large group fight in St. John's

Just after midnight, the RNC responded to a large group fight.

Responding officers found several people injured with significant injuries.

A 34-year-old male was arrested at the scene and charged with two counts of assault causing bodily harm, two counts of assaulting a police officer, two counts of resisting arrest, common assault, mischief and breach of a release order.

The accused was taken to the St. John’s City Lockup and will appear in court later this morning.
