RNC Requesting Assistance of Community After Sudden Death

The RNC are seeking the assistance of the community after a deceased man was located near a trail system in the west end of St. John's.

On Sunday, officers responded to the Waterford Valley area of St. John’s after a deceased man was located in the area near the trail system. Investigators believe the death to be suspicious in nature and will be working with the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner to determine the cause.

Investigators are requesting that members of the community consider whether they have dash camera footage in the area of Waterford Bridge Road, between Cowan Avenue and Bay Bulls Road, on Sunday, May 30, 2021, between 2:00 pm and 3:00 pm in the afternoon.
