RNC release more information on missing person

The RNC has released additional information on missing person Joshua Nolan.

Police say that they believe the 25-year-old was travelling south on Torbay Road at Howley Estates in St. John’s on the morning of August 8. Investigators are seeking any witness information or video footage in the area of Torbay Road at Howley Estates toward the downtown area between 5:30 am and 7:00 am on that date.

Nolan is described to be six feet and one inch tall with a slender build. He has blonde hair and blue/green eyes. He was wearing black sneakers, blue shorts, and spider design sweater when he was last seen.

Police are concerned for the safety and wellbeing of Nolan and anyone with information is asked to contact the RNC at 729-8000 or to remain anonymous, contact Crime Stoppers.
