RNC release details on fatal collision on Torbay Bypass Road

The RNC has released information on a fatal motor vehicle collision that occurred on Sunday morning on the Torbay Bypass Road.

The single-vehicle collision occurred between Torbay Road and Indian Meal Line.

The passenger of the vehicle, a 29-year-old woman from Torbay, sustained serious injuries and was pronounced deceased at the scene. The operator of the vehicle, a 28-year-old man from Mount Pearl, was taken to the hospital to be treated for non-life-threatening injuries.

The grey Ford Ranger pickup had been travelling North at the time of the accident.
