RNC pick up three people for various court breaches

RNC on the northeast Avalon picked up three people on Monday for various court breaches.


While on patrol in the center city area, officers observed a 33-year-old male known to police and found to be wanted on outstanding warrants. The subject was arrested at the scene, conveyed to the city lock-up and is being held to appear in court.


At 4:30 p.m. officers in the City of Mount Pearl observed a 39-year-old male who is known to police. Officers on the scene were aware that the male was breaching his court-ordered conditions. Officers arrested the male for numerous breaches of the court orders and he was conveyed to the lock-up to appear before the court.


An hour later police in St. John's observed a 21-year-old male known to police and was wanted on an outstanding warrant. The subject was arrested at the scene and is also charged with failure to appear, breach of a release order and breach of probation. He was conveyed to the lock-up and is being held to appear in court.
