RNC locate motorcycle driver that fled from police

On Tuesday afternoon RNC attempted to conduct a traffic stop on a motorcycle in Mount Pearl.

The driver of the motorcycle refused to stop for police.

A short time later the motorcycle and driver were located at a residence in Paradise.

Police arrested and charged a 24-year-old male with Dangerous Operation of a motor vehicle and flight from police.

The accused was released for a future court date and the motorcycle was towed.
