RNC is investigating armed robbery in Logy Bay

RNC is investigating an armed robbery that occurred in Logy Bay – Middle Cove – Outer Cove on Sunday evening.

A lone suspect entered a convenience store on Logy Bay Road and approached the cashier presenting a weapon, demanding cash.

The suspect did not obtain any cash.

The suspect exited the store and left the area in what was described as a maroon or red coloured SUV.

The suspect is described to be a white male, tall and lean in stature, with light-coloured hair and blue eyes. He wore a blue hoodie with “MARMOT” across the front, blue jeans, dark sneakers, and a skeleton design mask to cover his face.
