RNC investigating suspicious fire in St. John's

Just after midnight the RNC and the St. John's Regional Fire Department responded to a fire at a residential building in the city center area.

RNC says that when officers arrived, an "older model home" was engulfed in flames with significant smoke billowing from the structure.

At this time the fire is considered to be suspicious in nature and is under investigation.
