RNC Investigating Shooting in St. John's

A woman is in stable condition after being shot on Wednesday evening.

The RNC were called to the Health Sciences Centre after a woman presented with serious injuries resulting from a gunshot.

Investigators believe the shooting occurred in the area of Empire Avenue West and Jensen Camp Road.

Anyone with any information, including video footage (CCTV and dash-cam) from the area, and that of the Health Sciences Centre property between 9 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. Wednesday is asked to contact the RNC at 709-729-8000.
