RNC investigating armed robbery in metro

At 8:00 p.m. on Saturday evening there was an armed robbery at a business on Freshwater Road.

The RNC responded and determined that the suspect had fled the area on foot prior to police arrival.

There were no injuries in the robbery.

The investigation is ongoing.
