RNC in St. John's is looking for missing teen

The RNC in St. John's is looking for a missing teen.

Charlie Lacosta was last seen in the area of Topsail Road, St. John’s on December 6.

The 17-year-old is described as being about five feet and nine inches tall, 126 pounds, and has blue eyes with blond hair. When he was last seen he was wearing black sneakers, black pants, and a black, orange and white jacket.
