RNC in Labrador City arrests impaired driver

The RNC in Labrador City has charged a man with impaired driving.

Police received a report of a possible impaired driver around 8:00 p.m. yesterday. The suspect vehicle was subsequently located, and a traffic stop was conducted.

The 42-year-old male driver was arrested for impaired driving. He was also charged with refusing to provide a breath sample, resisting arrest, and uttering threats.

The driver had his vehicle impounded and licence suspended. He was held in custody to appear in Provincial Court.
