RNC hosting public pill drop on Friday

The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary and Memorial University’s School of Pharmacy will host a community pill drop on Friday.

Members of the public are invited to bring unused or expired medications to RNC Headquarters in St. John's from 1:00 p.m. to 5 p.m. for proper disposal.

Accepted medications include; all types of prescriptions, vitamins, antibiotics, epi-pens and narcotics. They could be in the form of capsules and tablets, vials, creams and ointments, sachets, or bottles.
