RNC find driver with no insurance and failure to transfer ownership of vehicle

On Thursday afternoon the RNC conducted a traffic stop in the West End of St. John’s.

Police discovered that the 33-year-old driver had no insurance and had failed to transfer ownership of the vehicle.

The driver was issued two summary offence violations and the vehicle was impounded.
