RNC charge two men with murder

The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary has charged two men with the murder of a man in St. John’s.
On December 21, police responded to a home on Empire Avenue where officers located a deceased male. Working with the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner, the death was determined to be a homicide. The identification of the deceased is still unknown.
As a result of the ongoing investigation, the RNC arrested 42-year-old Darryl Little and 28-year-old Peter Campbell and charged them with murder. They are being held to appear in court today.
Campbell was arrested yesterday at approximately 10:30 p.m., at a residence on Rotary Drive. He has been charged with murder, a number of firearms related offences, disguise with intent, and breaches of a firearm prohibition order and court orders.
Little was arrested today at 12 a.m., at a residence on Druken Crescent. He has been charged with murder, unauthorized possession of a firearm in a motor vehicle, and breaching a court order.
