RNC Catch Three Impaired Drivers on the Northeastern Avalon #nltraffic

On Thursday night and Friday morning the RNC removed three impaired drivers from roadways on the northeastern Avalon.

A 57-year-old male was arrested for driving with impaired driving and having over 80mg% in the west end of the City of St. John's. The accused was charged with Liquor Control Act violations.

A 36-year-old male was arrested for driving with impaired driving and having over 80mg% in the CBS area.

A 42-year-old male was arrested for driving with impaired driving, having over 80mg% and driving while prohibited, in the downtown area.

The trio were released to appear in court at a later date and their driving privileges were suspended.

Police impounded all three vehicles.
