RNC Arrest Suspect After Two Thefts in Metro

The RNC in St. john's responded to a report of a theft from a commercial business in the East End of the on Saturday afternoon.

By the time police arrived on the scene, the suspect had fled the area by vehicle.

A second call came in a short time later regarding another theft from a commercial business in the East End of the City of St. John’s.

Officers were able to identify and locate a 34 old male who was charged with two counts of theft under $5000, Breach of Court Order and Breach of Probation.

The accused was held for court.
