RNC arrest man in connection with two armed robberies

On Tuesday evening the RNC responded to a residence in Conception Bay South.

It was there that a 30-year-old male was arrested and taken into custody in relation to armed robberies at two service stations.

The accused faces charges of two counts of robbery, two counts of possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose and two counts of breaching a court order.

The accused was taken to Her Majesty's Penitentiary lockup to appear in court this morning.
