RNC arrest man for aggravated assault in CBS

The RNC has made an arrest following an assault in Conception Bay South that occurred back in February.

On February 22, police responded to a medical call at a home in Foxtrap where a woman was transported to hospital with serious injuries.

Police conducted an investigation that resulted in the arrest of a 69-year-old man. He is charged with aggravated assault, assault causing bodily harm, failure to provide the necessities of life, and assault.

He was arrested yesterday on Monday and held to appear in court.
