RNC Appealing for Information Following Shooting in St. John’s

RNC responded to a commercial area of Ropewalk Lane just after 2:30 a.m. today where they located a 40-year-old man with serious injuries consistent with a shooting.

He remains in hospital being treated with non-life-threatening injuries.

No arrests have been made, however, at this time, there is a risk to public safety. The investigation is ongoing

The RNC Major Crime Unit is seeking any information, or video footage from the area of Ropewalk Lane, Empire Avenue, and Columbus Drive between 1:30 a.m. and 3 a.m..
