Resource Enforcement Division investigating poaching incident in western Newfoundland

The Resource Enforcement Division of the Department of Fisheries, Forestry and Agriculture is seeking information from the public about a moose poaching incident in the Black Duck Siding area.

Officers responded to a complaint from the public about a dead bull moose approximately six kilometres in the Black Duck Siding Resource Road. The moose had been shot and left, and likely killed during the period from September 14-16.
