Renovations underway at former CNA campus in Stephenville Crossing

Renovations are taking place to convert the former CNA campus in Stephenville Crossing into a courthouse and Government Service Centre for the area.

A contractor will demolish various interior architectural, mechanical and electrical components at the Martin Gallant Building.

Work in the contract includes the removal of ceiling and floor tiles, carpet, fixtures, piping, insulation, drywall, studs and hazardous materials.

The work will cost $283,000 and construction is anticipated to be completed in 2025.
