RCMP Trafficking Investigation Results in Seizure of 4 kg of Cocaine

RCMP have arrested and charged two men and one woman and seized four kilograms of cocaine following a cocaine trafficking investigation.

On January 18, search warrants were executed simultaneously in Etobicoke, Ontario, and St. John’s. In Etobicoke, three kilograms of cocaine were seized and a man was arrested. In St. John’s, one kilogram of cocaine was seized and a man and woman arrested. A quantity of cash, electronic devices and other items consistent with drug trafficking were also seized.

Charges are expected both in Newfoundland and Labrador and Ontario.
