RCMP stops driver travelling 161 km/h on TCH

On Wednesday the RCMP conducted a traffic stop on the Trans Canada Highway just east of Badger.

The 19-year-old driver was stopped after he was observed travelling 161 km/h.

Police issued a ticket for excessive speed and his licence was suspended and the car was seized.
