RCMP investigating fatal collision involving tractor-trailers

The RCMP is investigating a head-on collision between two tractor-trailers on TCH near Bishops Falls on Wednesday evening.

Both drivers in the collision did not survive.

Two transport trucks collided head-on and burst into flames. Debris from the collision and contents from the trailers was scattered across the roadway, creating a large area to be processed.

The TCH is expected to remain impassable over the next couple of days. Traffic can divert through Bishops Falls.
