RCMP investigating fatal ATV crash near Port Rexton

A 48-year-old man is deceased following an all-terrain vehicle crash that occurred in the early morning hours on July 12.

At approximately 12:40 a.m. on Saturday, Bonavista RCMP received a report of a single vehicle ATV crash on Route 230 near Port Rexton. A side-by-side was found off the road, and the lone occupant was located deceased at the scene.

The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner is engaged and the investigation into the crash is ongoing.
