RCMP investigating after theft of $9,000 in fuel

The RCMP is investigating a theft of approximately $9000.00 in diesel fuel.

The fuel was stolen from a parked crane in Argentia.

At the time of the theft, the crane was parked near the wharf at the Port of Argentia and occurred sometime between November 2021, and March 25, 2022, while the crane was out of service waiting for parts.

Approximately 4000 litres of diesel was stolen from the crane.
