RCMP investigates theft of snowmobiles and trailer in Carbonear

The RCMP is investigating the theft of a trailer and two snowmobiles which occurred between the hours of 1:30 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. on Saturday.

The trailer with both snowmobiles inside was stolen from a residence on Valley Road in Carbonear. One of the snowmobiles and trailer have since been located. The second snowmobile is still missing.

Police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating the stolen snowmobile. It is a 2021 Bombardier Summit 850 with NL license plate SLR913. It is neon green, light blue, white and black in colour.
