RCMP investigates break, enter and theft at Newco Metals

RCMP are investigating a report of a break, enter and theft that happened at Newco Metal & Auto Recycling Ltd on Route 210 in Marystown on November 12.

The incident occurred sometime between the hours of 3:00 a.m. and 6:30 a.m.

The culprit(s) cut a hole into the side of a large metal shipping container and stole a number of items, including copper wire, car batteries and catalytic converters. The total value of the stolen items is approximately $8000.00.

Police ask anyone with any information is asked to contact Marystown RCMP or Crime Stoppers.
