RCMP investigates break and enters in South West Brook



Bay St. George RCMP is investigating two break and enters that occurred sometime before August 29, in South West Brook.


Police received a report that a cabin and a shed on Bottom of the Bay Road was broken into. An officer attended the scene and found that several items were stolen including a helmet, food items, alcohol, medications, and a red 2007 Polaris 500 all-terrain vehicle. It is believed this incident occurred sometime between August 25-29.


Later that same day, police received another report of a break and enter in the same area. Officers attended the scene and found that someone broke into a camper trailer. Nothing was missing from the camper, however a surveillance camera set up on the trail was stolen. It is believed this incident occurred sometime between August 18-29.
