RCMP investigates ATV crash involving two youth

RCMP is investigating a crash involving an ATV that happened on Tuesday, on the Main Road in Whitbourne that left two youth injured.

Officers were notified about the single-vehicle crash and attended the scene. Upon arrival, officers noticed an adult-sized ATV on the shoulder of the roadway.

Both youth, ages 14 and 15, were transported to the Dr. Wm H. Newhook Community Health Centre in Whitbourne for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation and charges are anticipated.
