RCMP charge Happy Valley-Goose Bay man in relation to fatal hit and run #nltraffic

The RCMP has laid charges against 35-year-old Simon Tremblay of Happy Valley-Goose Bay in relation to a hit and run that killed Ryan Nuke in August 2020.

Nuke, who was found deceased on the roadway after he was hit by a vehicle on Route 520 outside of Happy Valley-Goose Bay.

Tremblay has been charged with failing to remain at the scene of a collision involving a death, failing to stop at an accident scene, failing to provide name and address to police, and failing to render assistance to an injured person.

He is scheduled to appear in court on June 14, 2021, in Happy Valley-Goose Bay.
