Provincial Government Receives Health Accord NL

Health Accord co-chairs Sister Elizabeth Davis and Dr. Pat Parfrey, provided the Health Accord NL blueprint to Premier Furey and Minister of Health and Community Services John Haggie.

The report outlines possible steps to be taken in response to the 57 calls to action contained in Health Accord NL’s final report.

The Health Accord NL final report was presented to the Provincial Government in February. The Health Accord NL was created in November 2020 to reimagine the health care system.

The Provincial Government will now review the blueprint and consider the next steps.
