Provincial Government marks pride month

The Provincial Government is marking pride month.

At Confederation Building the rainbow flag will fly on the courtesy flagpole, and the building will be lit in the colours of the rainbow.

In 2021, four new rainbow crosswalks were put in place and rainbow benches were placed on the grounds.

Pride month is a month to celebrate the diversity of the 2SLGBTQQIA+ community and remember the history, hardships, and progress of those who identify as a member of the 2SLGBTQQIA+ community.
