Protesters arrive at Confederation Building

Fishery protesters have shown up in force outside of the Confederation Building this morning. There are hundreds of protesters and some entrances to the building are blocked.

The budget is still set to be delivered at 2:00 p.m.

The RNC is on site.

The RNC warned earlier this morning that motorists should anticipate traffic delays.
