Premier announces changes to cabinet

Premier John Hogan announced changes to his Cabinet today.

Jamie Korab will take over as Minister of Seniors and Minister Responsible for the Newfoundland and Labrador Housing Corporation.

Bernard Davis will become Minister of Families and Affordability, Minister Responsible for the Status of Persons with Disabilities and Minister Responsible for the Community Sector, in addition to his duties as Minister of Education and Early Childhood Development.

Hogan said, “I am pleased that Ministers Davis and Korab will continue to serve the people of Newfoundland and Labrador as dedicated members of Cabinet. Their commitment and enthusiasm will serve our province well in their new roles. I also want to thank Minister Abbott for his tireless service over many years, and I wish him well.”
