Portion of west bound lane of the Outer Ring Road closed due to collision

UPDATE: The highway has since reopened.

The RNC have responded to a motor vehicle collision on the Outer Ring Road in St. John’s. As a result, the two west bound lanes of the Outer Ring Road in the area of the Portugal Cove ramp are not accessible to traffic.

Motorists are advised to use an alternate route. Updates will be provided as more information becomes available.
